Our Story
In a small coastal village called Mattool in Kerala, a culinary expert named Manas dreams of redefining how people experience traditional Kerala cuisine. Growing up in a family of culinary enthusiasts, he inherits his mother’s spice blends and knack for experimenting with flavors. Inspired by Kerala’s diverse street food culture and rich history of spices, Manas decides to open a food venture called “KaraBite.”
